A lot has been going on lately... first and foremost, today is my daughter's 6th birthday! I can't believe that 6 years ago today, I was laying in pain in the hospital waiting for her to decide to be born... Anyway.... I am getting ready to start taking on a large amount of projects! The first thing I need to do is FINISH the Creator God of Light! Within the next week, I will be tackling this project again and hopefully having it finished by GenCon Indy! I want to debut the finished product at a convention that I KNOW people will recognize who I am! The only problem is.... I need help getting in and out of the costume. I hopefully have a go

Just to let you all know what I've been up to - I've been busy busy busy making a costume for A&G! I'm making The Creator God of Light Horakthy from Yu-Gi-Oh! Right now, I'm working on reinforcing some of my armor pieces so that they are straight and stiff like they are suppose to be. One of my best friends has been helping me make this armor, and I couldn't be more grateful for her! After I finish reinforcing the pieces I need to reinforce, I will be covering the whole armor bust in Gold fabric. This costume is going to look so bad ass, I can't wait to wear it at A&G! which, by the way, A&G is a little over 2 weeks away, and I hope to see y

Alright, so I'm working on getting plenty of stuff done. My Weeping angel costume was a smash hit at Ohayocon, and I'll definitely be wearing it at A&G Ohio. Next up to be completed is The Creator God of Light Horakthy. I am working with a good friend of mine on a wing harness, as this is pretty much the hardest part of this costume. The reference photos I pulled up show that she has white skin, but I don't think I'll be painting myself white for this costume.
